Greetings and Welcome from Sara Educational and Welfare Trust! As the School Trust Administrator, I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to the students, parents, teachers and new students who are a part of our school community. Our school is considered one of the leading schools in the South Damodar region. (Surah-4, An-Nisa, Verse: 19). The Holy Prophet (PBUH) declared, “Whoever has a daughter and does not neglect her (in all matters including education) and does not prefer their son over her; Allah will admit them to Paradise.” He also said, “Give women good advice (educate them with good education)”. Women are capable of reaching perfection like men and whenever the Holy Quran discusses the subject of high human values, it mentions women as equal to men. This means that women can reach a high spiritual and human status like men. We believe in providing a quality education that incorporates the mental and character development of girls, as well as leadership skills and a spirit of lifelong learning.

Our committed faculty members work tirelessly to create engaging and innovative learning experiences that inspire curiosity, critical thinking and a love of knowledge. In addition to our rigorous academic curriculum, we offer a wide range of co-curricular activities, karate, handicrafts and sports programs, which cater to a variety of interests and talents. When the whole world was at a standstill for a few moments due to Covid-19, standing in that suffocating atmosphere, Hazi Sk Safikul Islam, the founder of Sara Educational and Welfare Trust, was dreaming of an educated, progressive, dynamic and developed social system through women's education. Sara Girls Mission is a successful realization of that dream. At that time, when the whole world was confined within four walls, Sara Girls Mission, one of the horizons of women's education, was silently raising its head in remote rural areas like Sehara Bazar in Dakshin Damodar of East Burdwan district.

Education is the birthright of every human being. Education can bring change in society. Education should be for humanity, love and peace. Our main goal in women's education is not the traditional education system, but in line with the progress of technology and globalization. Only an educated mother can give birth to an educated generation. We are constantly trying to take our students forward with moral values and principles. To make them grow up as sensitive and responsible citizens of the future. The dream of talented girls from middle-class homes in rural Bengal to touch the world is hindered by the lack of proper technical education system. And standing at this place, the idea of our residential girl’s mission is to stand. Skilled board of directors, highly educated teachers, digital classrooms, dewy playgrounds, advanced technology security systems that will help a girl grow independently and adapt to today's dynamic world. A high-quality canteen system to provide proper nutrition along with mental development.

Our sincere effort is to provide every girl with a suitable environment for modern education so that she can go beyond the traditional education system and emerge as a leader of the future with confidence. Who will devote herself to the service of thousands of people. Who will put India on the seat of excellence in the world assembly. Who will cross the boundaries of the earth and one day fly into space. Let us join hands not only for tomorrow but for a better future.

"Education is the manifestation of perfection already in man," says Swami Vivekananda, the great Indian saint and an educationist of great repute. Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore set up Santiniketan and later prepared it as Viswa Bharati for teaching students of the future days as global citizens. Sir Syed Ahamed, Haji Mahammad, Mahasin Begam Rokea, and other intellectuals conceived education as a tool for emancipation. Mahatma Gandhi associated education with Truth and Ahimsa. Our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam advocated education as a means of improvement of one's soul as well as the community, in order to establish everlasting peace in the world and attain blessings and mercy from the Almighty in the life hereafter.

The Honorable Founder President of Sara Group of Institutions envisaged a kind of education for empowering girl children and the children of underprivileged society irrespective of castes and communities. The very cornerstone of this institution is to inculcate moral values besides imparting modern education and technological ideas with Robotics, AI, and Machine Learning lessons.

Students are encouraged to stay rooted in spiritual values, respect other faiths, live in a society of peaceful coexistence, and care for others. The motto is to prepare children to be grounded in the pluralistic values of India while dreaming of a future as global citizens. As Tagore wrote:
"Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high
Where knowledge is free
Where the world is not fragmented into narrow domestic walls
Where words come from the depth of Truth..."

Sara Group of Institutions will foster the need for a state-of-the-art global school with the mission and vision of charity, kindness, and quality education for the children of tomorrow. I feel truly blessed and honoured to be a part of this noble mission, sharing my ideas and experience as a teacher and academic advisor. Hopefully, with the blessings of the Almighty, Sara Mission School will become a familiar name in every household. I extend my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the Honorable President Haji Safikul Islam and the management fraternity for including me in this noble mission of education. I am genuinely enjoying every moment with the children—working and planning for them as a mentor.
